25 years ago to Russian Federation the technical default on main types of the state debts was declared. At the same time the authorities of the country refused deduction of a stable ruble exchange rate. As a result of these events gross domestic product Russian Federation fell and the population standard of living decreased, but at the same time import was reduced and there were conditions for developments the country industries.
