Annually on August 17 Day of creation of All-Russian AR Disabled People (ARADP) is celebrated. Society was created to Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic in 1988 for the purpose of support of the people who have lost working capacity owing to a mutilation, an illness or an old age.
