The authorities of United States of America are alarmed by strengthening of the relations Russian Federation and China and warn Beijing that granting the military helps to Moscow will have "serious consequences" for China. It declared in United States Department of State against visit of chapter of Ministry national defense of People's Republic of China Li Shanfu to Russian Federation and Belarus.
