Prosecutor's office Gavrilov-Yam district Yaroslavl region directed to court criminal case on charge of the inhabitant Yaroslavl in management car in an alcohol intoxication

Gavrilov-Yam district are approved by Prosecutor's office the indictment on criminal case concerning the 30-year-old resident of Yaroslavl. The man is accused of the commission of crime, the criminal code of Russian Federation provided p.1 by Art. 264.1 ( management by car of a state of intoxication, the person subjected to administrative punishment). According to the investigators, in May of the current year accused, being subjected to administrative punishment on h. 4 Art. 12.8 of the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offences, operated the automobile car, being in an alcohol intoxication.
