In the middle of August the average price index at world dairy auction, carried out by the New Zealand company Fonterra Co-operative Group Ltd through the GlobalDairyTrade (GDT) platform, continued the falling. Decrease made 7,4% (78 points) in comparison with the previous trading session, having reached a point 850 points. This most considerable falling of an average index since May, 2022 and a new minimum since December, 2018. The average indication price of dairy products at auction made 2 875 USD/t.
