In Krasnoyarsk the cost of trips to a taxi can already rise in price for 30% since September 1. It was promoted by the new law. Krasnoyarsk warned inhabitants that from an early autumn the cost of trips to a taxi will change. It is connected with that drivers will have to have the insurance OSAGO which costs much more, than other insurance.
