GARAGE COOPERATIVE "OSNOVA" concluded the package bargain with the developer company Malltech within which contracts on construction two new family thermal Termolend complexes in Novokuznetsk and Saint Petersburg were signed. About it reported in the press service of groups of companies. The complex in Novokuznetsk will be located in Shopping AND Recreation Centre "Planeta" and will occupy the area of 8500 sq.m, and in realization invest more than 600 million rubles.
