Prosecutor's office of Volgograd region directed to court criminal case about evasion of taxes for the sum more than 36 million rubles

Prosecutor's office of Volgograd region approved the indictment on criminal case concerning the former spouses – the director and the deputy director of the commercial organization. They are accused on h. 2 Art. 199 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (evasion of taxes in a large size a group of persons on preliminary arrangement).
