The world prices for rice can quite establish a new record, predicts broadcasting company "CNBC". Floods in China flooded the main agricultural regions of the country that promotes growth of the world prices. So, Northeast Region the largest producer of rice suffered because of the typhoon "Doksuri". In water there were fields of three provinces of which 23% of productions rice in the country are the share: Jilin, Province of Heilongjiang, Autonomous Region of Inner Mongolia.
