The 24-year-old British bicycle racer Thomas Pidkok became the world champion in a mountain bike in discipline of a cross-country. Race took place within the World Cup in cycling of International union of cyclists, passing from August 5 to August 13 in Glasgow (Scotland). The second place was taken by the 27-year-old New Zealand racer Sam Geyz, the 37-year-old Swiss Nino Shurter became the third. Mathieu Van der Pul (Netherlands), become in Glasgow the world champion in highway cycling (a victory in race with a distance of 271 km), left on race start, having fallen from the bicycle. Since 2021 Pidkok supports the British Ineos Grenadiers team. The racer is a winner...
