Ministry of Construction and Housing-Communal Services of the Russian Federation presented the updated results of a rating of the IQ cities following the results of 2022. In this assessment the capital Amur Region took the eighth place. In the section "Big cities" gorod Blagoveshchensk bypassed Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Nakhodka, Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, Komsomolsk-na-Amure and over 80 more cities.
