Since September 1 come into force of the amendment to the law on gas supply

Since September 1, 2023 come into force of the amendment to the Federal law "About gas supply into Russian Federation", Federal law of the Russian Federation of 29 December 2004 No. 188-FZ "On the Housing Code of the Russian Federation" and Instructions for use gas No. 410. They provide changes of requirements to the specialized organizations which are carrying out activity on maintenance and repair of the intra house and intra room gas equipment (VKGO/VDGO). From the first day of the future fall existence of the status of the gas-distributing organization at it will be one of the main criteria of reference of the organization to category specialized.
