The head of municipal educations – the chairman of Yalta City council Konstantin Shimanovsky and chapter of CITY ADMINISTRATION YALTA OF THE REPUBLIC OF CRIMEA Yanina Pavlenko handed over keys from the well-planned apartment to yaltinets to Zamkovy Nicholas.
