SKR in absentia brought charge to the top military commander of VSU

Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation brought the correspondence charge to the commander of land forces of Armed forces Ukraine (VSU) to Sergey Popko because of attacks of settlements of Luhansk People's Republic and Donetsk People's Republic from March of the 2016th to August, 2019. It became known of it during meeting under the leadership of the chairman of SK Alexander Bastrykin, passing in Kherson Region, reported periodical e-edition "Lenta.ru" in the department press service.
