Sergei Ursulyak will head a film festival in Vyborg

On closing of the 31st festival of the Russian cinema in Vyborg it was declared that the director, the screenwriter and the producer Sergei Ursulyak becomes his president. Earlier this post within 20 years was held by the film expert and the film critic, the honored worker of arts Russian Federation Armen Nikolaevich Medvedev, died in December, 2022.
