In Vilyuysky ulus will restore Chiryaev Gabriel

The corresponding assignment was given chapter Sakha (Yakutia) Republic by Aysen Nikolaev on August 10 during meeting on preparation for the 390 anniversary of basis gorod Vilyuysk, to the 100 anniversary of the outstanding statesman of YaASSR Chiryaev Gabriel and to the 125 anniversary of one of founders of YaASSR of Arzhakov.
