LLC "Publishing house "Eksmo" received control over Popcorn Books which is guided on release of books for youth. The sum of purchases 51% in LLC "POPKORN BUKS" does not reveal. LLC "Publishing house "Eksmo" — one of the largest Russian publishers, part of holding Publishing group Nuclear Heating Plant. In the first half of 2023 took the second place in a rating on the general circulation of acyclic editions (20 million copies). Publishing house was open for Popcorn Books in 2018.
