Builders to Russian Federation already at a design stage of houses and the yards will have to create the available environment for disabled people, daily social and political business newspaper "Izvestiya" reported with reference to the developed Ministry of Construction and Housing-Communal Services of the Russian Federation together with the Federal center of rationing and standardization of updating of the corresponding rules.
