From July 31 to August 2 to South Africa (Port Elizabeth) the annual Forum of the young scientific countries of BRICS took place. This year action took place under the motto: "BRICS and Africa: partnership for the sake of mutual acceleration of growth steady of developments and an all-embracing versatility".
