Activity in the Russian market of merges and absorption (M%26A) remains at high level. The volume of transactions in the second quarter made $12,5 billion, having shown the third result in three years. Further experts expect continuation of growth of number of transactions, but decrease in their volume. Generally it will be a question of an exit of the Russian owners from foreign assets whereas process of sales foreign owners businesses to Russian Federation will be complicated by rigid legislative requirements.
