Candidates from Russian United Democratic Party "Yabloko" refused to register in Nevelsky rayon. "MK in Pskov" reported about it in party regional office. The territorial election commission made such decision on July 22. Territorial election commission recognized lawful an exception of the list as the decision of Bureau of regional office of the candidate, not in time to prepare documents. The party insisted that such power of Bureau is fixed by the party charter, and similar practicians realize in other regions of the country.
