The cyclone started forcing out heat from East European Plain aggressively. On themselves our western neighbors already managed to feel power of elements: the real storm was carried by on Monday over Minsk, and danger constituted not only storm rushes, but also lightnings – categories heavenly electricity set fire to houses and trees! At the same time Latvia was covered by a hurricane – the meteorological station of Dobele recorded a wind of 33 m/s!
