Within a forum "Community" Public chamber of the Sakha Republic signed the Cooperation agreement and interaction with Civic chamber Luhansk People's Republic. Signatures on the Agreement put the vice-chairman of OP of Sakha (Yakutia) Republic Yefremova Helena and the chairman of OP of Luhansk People's Republic Karyakin Aleksey.
