To Kurgan Region prosecutor's office achieved repayment of million debts on salary

Bodies of prosecutor's offices on a constant basis exercise supervision of observance of the legislation on compensation. On special control there was a situation with an unpaid debt on salary in JSC "MOKROUSOVSKY LESKHOZ". The carried-out prosecutor's office checks in activity forestry revealed more than 40 violations of the labor legislation. For their elimination 3 representations are brought, 15 proceedings on administrative offenses for nonpayment of salaries are initiated.
