Growth association. The Chinese provinces and the Russian regions strengthen scientific relations

On the eve of opening in Yekaterinburg the 7th Russian-Chinese the EXPO there took place general meeting of Association of scientific and technical cooperation Russian Federation and China (AHTCPK). This interacademic structure is formed five years ago at the initiative of the Ural office of the Russian Academy of Sciences and Academy of Sciences of Province of Heilongjiang (ANPH).
