19 years ago, in 2004, in Barnaul conceived to construct skyscrapers with roof gardens, penthouses and helipads. Two 120-meter skyscrapers had to appear on Lenin Avenue and Pionerov Street crossing. With a plan embodiment something went not so. But here what were plans. The Barnaul firm "Merchant Yard" ordered the project of residential buildings at the Chinese state construction companies and Yin-He groups of the city Jinzhou.
