The Swedish Ingka Centres sold the BTs "Khimki business park" in which its headquarters settled down. As the buyer LLC "KLS-KHIMKI" acted which main owner (99%) is Grigory Nikolaevich Saakyan - the former co-owner of Soveren-bank developing now online shop by Reyouza, daily business newspaper "Vedomosti" notes.
