The man will appear before court for violation of the rules traffics

The first deputy prosecutor of the region approved the indictment concerning the man accused of commission of crime, the criminal code of Russian Federation provided p.1 by Art. 264 (violation of the rules traffics and operation of vehicles). According to the investigators, accused in January of the current year, moving on the car on Poymennaya St. to Rostov-on-Don, did not consider difficult weather conditions, a road situation and allowed its drift and collision with several participants traffics.
