The chief engineer from Sakha (Yakutia) Republic will pay more than 4,3 million rubles for forest fire

Prosecutor's office Tomponsky area Sakha (Yakutia) Republic held the state charge on criminal case concerning the chief engineer of the coal-mining companies. He is condemned according to p.1 Art. 217 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (violation of requirements of industrial safety the dangerous production objects, the causing which has entailed on imprudence of large damage). Network edition "Information company YakutiaMedia" reported about it in the press service of regional prosecutor's offices.
