In claim the prosecutor to the child compensate moral harm because of attack of a dog

Prosecutor's office Kirensk district Irkutsk region made investigation upon attack of a dog on the child and causings to it injuries. As a result of supervising actions it was established that in March, 2023 the 39-year-old inhabitant of the area assumed neglected stay of the dog in the settlement territory that led to attack on the 11-year-old boy. The dog bit the child to deep wounds. On the basis of these facts prosecutor's office brought into court the statement of claim on behalf of the minor child, demanding compensation of moral harm from the responsible person.
