Decrease in tariffs for transportation skoroporta will not increase demand

The railway monopolist established a discount for 21% for refkonteynerny transportations on Selyatino's route (Moscow Region) – Sergeli (Uzbekistan). Transportations are carried out through border station of Kanisay, and in the opposite direction — through Ozinki's station. However as participants of the market told the Partner Russian Railway, this discount hardly will increase loading on a railway system because classiness of freights remains.
