Scandalous incident and the rescuer happened to participation of crowd of drunk citizens on a city beach in Volgodonsk. On August 1 around 18:00 on a city beach on the Don main channel in the settlement Locks called as "Fifth", there was a scandalous incident which does not give in to any explanation. Crowd of drunk citizens, and mainly it there were women, stones and sticks beat the rescuer who was on duty there.
