On July 7 and 8 in Khanty-Mansiysk the XV General assembly of the Northern forum – the international intergovernmental organization took place, management which at the level of governors of northern territories is at the moment carried out by Russian Federation with presidency Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District - Yugra.
