At the XI Youth forum Volga Federal District (Volga Federal District) "ivolga-2023" for the first time thematic changes were organized by regional teams. Let's remind, annual action traditionally took place to Samara Region with support Plenipotentiary of President of the Russian Federation in Privolzhsky of Federal District Igor Komarov. Perm Territory presented on iVolge to participants a platform of "The territory of impressions" which idea was presented to organizers and is approved by them in the spring of this year.
