The bar bistro Rouge (B. Nikitskaya, 14/7, p. 2) was opened by Mollusca Group. Dzhanmariya Sapiya's brand chief thought up the original menu in which Asian and French motives are organically combined. Pluses: — the entrance to new bistros is magnificently decorated by red thickets of a cane by which it is impossible to pass. Otherwise it would be difficult to find this place — on Big Nikitskaya it became too close because of new restaurants; — small Rouge hides in a cellar of an ancient mansion.
