Interdistrict prosecutor's office of the Barabinsk city of the Novosibirsk region carried out an inspection of observance of the legislation in the sphere of the address with waste. As a result in the territory of the area three unauthorized dumps were revealed. After that the prosecutor of the area through court demanded from administration to clean dumps. District court of the Barabinsk city of the Novosibirsk region met requirements of the prosecutor and obliged Administration of the Barabinsk district to liquidate unauthorized congestions of garbage.
