The operator of the second-large network in the world of movie theaters declared Cineworld a successful conclusion of process of reorganization which began 11 months ago when this company declared itself the bankrupt according to Art. 11 of the Code of United States of America bankruptcy. As it is noted in Cineworld statement, in the course of reorganization it reduced the debt by $4,53 billion, attracted $800 million through issue of new stocks and agreed about financing is long at the expense of borrowed funds for the sum of $1,71 billion.
