Yaroslav Nilov suggested to write off to Russians "hopeless" debts for ZhKU

Such opinion was expressed to "Public News service" by the chairman Committee State Duma of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on work, social policy and affairs of veterans Yaroslav Nilov. Debts of Russians for ZhKU in a year increased by 72 billion rubles and following the results of the I quarter 2023 made 876,4 billion rubles, reported to daily social and political business newspaper "Izvestiya" in Federal State Statistics Service.
