The market cost of office complex of 42 000 sq.m is estimated at the sum to 6,3 billion rubles. However taking into account coordination with Pravkomissiya, the owner of IKEA International Group and shopping centers "MEGA" could gain from sales no more than 2-3 billion. The Swedish Ingka Centres found the buyer on office complex "Khimki business park" in which its headquarters settled down, report daily business newspaper "Vedomosti".
