On July 28, 2023, 15:18 — Public news service — OSN Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Finland declared on Friday, July 28, the termination of reception of applications for issue of visas to Russians in Saint Petersburg. About it it is reported on a ministry site. Restriction extends also on the visa centers and will be valid from August 1.
