Into Russian Federation came into force of the amendment to Federal law of the Russian Federation of 30 December 2001 No. 195-FZ "On the Code on Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation" (Federal law of the Russian Federation of 30 December 2001 No. 195-FZ "On the Code on Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation") by which specifications on accountability for use of work of foreign workers on trade objects in defiance of standards of the migratory legislation are brought.
