The international obsidianovy conference to Japan: scientific action in a hard time

In July, 2023 in the city of Engara (about Prefecture of Hokkaido, Japan) passed the fourth International obsidianovy conference (International Obsidian Conference) at which there were 120 people from 21 countries of Asia, Europe and America, and also from Australia.
