The head of administration Rostov-on-Don Aleksey Logvinenko took part in business session of the All-Russian association of development local government and Department of Foreign Economic and International Relations of the city of Moscow. It took place in Saint Petersburg. The subject of a meeting sounded so: "International interregional cooperation. Economy of opportunities".
