Prosecutor's office Sengiley district Ulyanovsk region carried out an inspection of performance of the legislation on protection of the rights of persons with limited opportunities. It is established that the Municipality Administration "the Sengileevsky area" did not take measures to the appropriate organization of a parking near buildings local governments the vehicles operated by disabled people and transporting citizens of this category that did not allow to define a concrete arrangement of the corresponding parking spaces, their quantity and the sizes.
