In a housing estate in New Moscow the multipurpose complex (IFC) in the form of a black crystal is constructed. Investments in the project made 1,6 billion rubles of IFC became part of an architectural complex of a housing estate of Russian Design District in the settlement Vatutinki which Novomoskovsky administrativny are a part.
