Prison since 12 years: experts estimated idea of decrease in age of criminal liability

Than young murderers to Russian Federation becomes more increasing. Today the minimum age of criminal prosecution – 14 years, and parents of victims addressed in State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation with the requirement to lower it to 12.
