Department of the Federal Antimonopoly Service on Moscow region attracted Masou "Zorky" to administrative responsibility

Management recognized Masou "Zorky" guilty of an administrative offense as regards the 5th article 19.8 of Federal law of the Russian Federation of 30 December 2001 No. 195-FZ "On the Code on Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation" as the Occasion to initiation of proceedings the fact of non-presentation of information on inquiry of Managements served. The inquiry is directed for ensuring complete and comprehensive examination of the notice of infringement antitrust laws. Due to the non-presentation of information on the motivated requirement of antimonopoly authority Masou "Zorky" the penalty of 50 thousand rubles is appointed.
