Exactly 100 years ago, on July 24, 1923, the solution of plenum of Council of People's Commissars Yakut by the Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic created the Planning commission, about activity which the century history of economic services Sakha (Yakutia) Republic began. After educations on May 1, 1922 executive bodies the republics - Council of People's Commissars under the chairmanship of Oyunsky Platon, in December, 1922 the plan of restoration of a national economy Yakut was submitted by the Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic for consideration of the I Vseyakutsky constituent congress of Councils.
