After long superiority of a family mortgage of sales preferential crediting for new buildings exceeded levels of the first program. However, experts doubt that such situation will remain. Weekly statistics of the operator of preferential programs JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "DOM.RF" testifies to deliveries that the last three weeks (from July 6 to July 20) banks give out according to the preferential program under 8% per annum more than credits, than on a family mortgage.
