This the third since the beginning of year detention the official from team of the ex-governor Yevgeny Savchenko Investigators detained the former vice governor Belgorod Region Konstantin Alekseevich Polezhaev on suspicion in receiving a bribe in especially large size – 17 million rubles (h. 6 Art. 290 of the criminal code of Russian Federation).
